Our marathon is not a very fast marathon. We decided to spend the money on the people.

We decided to offer prize money in the half marathon only and spend more money on the people.

It's a great way to meet new people and to energize an otherwise monotonous running program.

Some people who weren't able to run for more than a couple minutes at once have finished a marathon and they did that within a year starting out in this group.

I think people are coming to the realization that this is going to be a marathon that's going to be running for a period of time and [Merck is] unlikely to pay any money out over the next few years.
