More Americans seem generally lazy while many undocumented immigrants work harder for less pay because they want a better life and know what's at stake in getting that life.

If someone is willing to work and they're not negatively impacting the economy, I think they should be allowed to stay. I'm sure there are several undocumented immigrants playing a critical role in rebuilding the Gulf Coast.

The Americans with Disabilities Act is clear, and scientific evidence is clear, that you can't fire someone from the food service industry just because of their status. But apparently this isn't clear to all employers out there, nor to the general public.

There is a gulf between the high value Americans put on life in theory and its cheapness in practice.
