Lot of these businesses ain't going to get no business because of the road construction. It needs to be fixed. Eight months is long enough. They prolong it too much.

We have so many other areas with road and drainage needs, I have a problem with that. I've been working day and night to get Somerset Lane and Pine Avenue paved. You get to the north end of Pine Avenue and it looks like a Third World country.

That's cool, you should protect your house. It just feels good to get a road win.

You have your goals in front of you and 99 percent of the time you know how to do it. Accountability is usually the missing piece. It's so easy to get caught up in the minutia of your day and the mundane things that have to be done. Holding yourself accountable for the things that need to be done is a challenge.

In a lot of cases, the IT solutions may not map to what business process needs and metrics are. That's where a lot of companies fall down.
