I knew I needed to lose some weight. When I was playing out there during the season and I was hurting and everything, I knew in my mind I needed to lose a little weight on my knees.

A lot of people are doing something about their weight, but by their own reckoning, it isn't enough to get the results they want.

If I like myself at this weight, then this is what I'm going to be. I don't have an eating disorder.

When I first got an agent, they gave me some advice--lose weight.

Sadly, only something like 10 to 12 percent of people are able to recover from a weight regain. The people who do manage to turn it around catch it quickly, even with just two pounds regained.
