I've been watching Ryan for a long time. With his skill level, if he's in the right frame of mind, he can make every shot, and that's what we're looking for. I look for what you can see in their eyes -- the rest you can teach -- but you like to see that they are fired up. And B.J.'s history and due diligence about everything make him a great player.
