A lot of my land is underwater now and the majority will be flooded when the crest goes through (next weekend). It is definitely a concern.

This sets us back. It's still early, but if we're not on the land by about May 10, we lose tremendous yields.

We need a really good summer now.

I've been watching Ryan for a long time. With his skill level, if he's in the right frame of mind, he can make every shot, and that's what we're looking for. I look for what you can see in their eyes -- the rest you can teach -- but you like to see that they are fired up. And B.J.'s history and due diligence about everything make him a great player. He eats, sleeps and drinks curling.

The vast majority of these are what you call 'partial takes,' where you only take a strip of land from the property.

I saw a clear majority here this morning indicating support for the direction we're taking the party, but the debate will always signal that when we are dealing with things related to uranium or nuclear that there are concerns ? environmental and otherwise ?
