Just recently we found and photographed an inferior truck brake drum where the quality specification was definitely inadequate, and the brake drum had disintegrated.

My fundamental sense of it is, we haven't set the bar high enough, ... I think the quality issue is one that needs to be reviewed. Are we getting quality?

Sometimes when you're an AD, it's better to be lucky than to be good, ... The quality of the program that (Ainscough) left us meant that, although it was a quick search, it was an impressive group of people who applied for the job. It was amazing.
