It's no surprise that we have problems communicating, even in the same language. For example, when we end a conversation with "See you later," we really mean some time in the future. And, I agree that "See you earlier" is a bit confusing, also.

There is a wonderfully patriotic song that we celebrate at the start of sports events and other gatherings of the American people. Just an observation, but, doesn't our national debt clearly show that we're using those glorious words "... land of the free ..." in a way not intended by the song's writer?

It's always been senseless to me that we have enormous legal libraries and folks who spend way too much time dissecting the simplest of all human traits -- the quality of knowing right from wrong. There are no excuses for morally bad behavior. Then, there's the problem with "interpretation."
