It's like a breath of fresh air. I'm thrilled to be back doing what I live for, and I can't wait to take on the challenges that lie ahead of me.

It may be confusing at first, but as the market matures, consumers will figure it out.

It makes every consumer seem like a potential pirate. We have grave concerns; it seems a crime to disenfranchise so many consumers who have already bought these products in good faith.

[Complexity of products] is a fair concern and it is one that the industry takes seriously. At one end we are looking at products that do multiple things [in response to consumer demand] and at the same time we are trying to simplify them and allow for ease of connectivity and access.

I think Colorado is sort of a microcosm of the country because our senators and representatives are on both ends of the political spectrum.

Our concern remains that this is an effort to stifle technology before it has a chance to grow. It has never been illegal to record a song off the radio in the context of fair use.
