It's full of wonderful novice talent.

When he's 100 percent, he has rare talent athletically.

He's got a good staff, and he's got a lot of talent. The question was how quick could he get it together, and it looks like pretty quick.

He's got a lot of talent and has been playing [lacrosse] four or five years. He's got to play big for us, and he does. He has a ton of heart. He moves well in the cage and he's not afraid of anything.

Working with both of them has been just amazing because they're both so talented, and they're both so professional.

What I've tried to do with this cast is not give them a fish dinner but teach them how to fish.
