When he's 100 percent, he has rare talent athletically.

We have a lot of talent in the front row. Our hitting should be our strength, as well as our setting. The girls have worked hard during the conditioning circuits. Endurance will hopefully be a strength.

He's got a good staff, and he's got a lot of talent. The question was how quick could he get it together, and it looks like pretty quick.

He's got a lot of talent and has been playing [lacrosse] four or five years. He's got to play big for us, and he does. He has a ton of heart. He moves well in the cage and he's not afraid of anything.

Some people are [jerks]. They have to work at it. I was just born that way.

Chris has tremendous speed and quickness, but he has to show us that he can really be an all-around linebacker.
