It's a great game to play with a couple of your friends. It's good exercise and its fun.

I have a lot of friends who will warm up for an hour before they play. I feel that almost tires me. I just try to stay out of the cold too long and do a lot of humming and get up there and do it. I don't do a lot of warming up, but I do a lot of cooling down, like eating a slice of pizza.
