One of the things we wanted to do was find a way to make exercise fun.

Our shift has mainly been to focus on eating more healthy and really thinking about the foods that help our body.

The whole focus is not losing weight and becoming less of who you are, as it is gaining health and growing into that health.

Walking is cheap, fun, safe and acceptable exercise,

We are so excited about adding additional incentives to the program. It gives them a fun reason to exercise and learn about geography as well.

We waited until the wind had died down. We wanted to get out and exercise, it's fun, you meet people, everybody is much more friendly when it snows.
