It's a challenge. We can't get to projects as often as we'd like. In the U.S., you go to projects every day. Here, you get to them maybe once a week.

I've always done a lot of building projects at my house. I enjoy this kind of stuff. But it's taking longer than I thought it would.

A lot of these infrastructure projects benefit private entities just by their nature. If you build a highway and there happens to be an exit ramp to a mall there's some benefit to a private entity.

If this bill is enacted, I would have no hesitation to recommend a challenge.
