It was founded out of frustration and anger. A lot of work just wasn't getting finished. The original goal was helping filmmakers to finish their work, but it's changed over the years.

My recipe for dealing with anger and frustration: set the kitchen timer for twenty minutes, cry, rant, and rave, and at the sound of the bell, simmer down and go about business as usual
