It is clear that people have learned a lot in the last 15 years about how to get that 2% benefit another way.

There's virtually no relationship between the number of children born with potentially elevated levels of mercury and U.S. power plants. It's only a very, very small number of people who are affected by local mercury depositions.

Obviously, it's a big win for us and means we can proceed with our rule. It's the first time any country has regulated mercury emissions from power plants.
