It actually motivated me to keep going and work that much harder.

I want to tell them every possible thing, from positioning to drives, so they can carry on after I leave. I feel it's my responsibility to help them as much as I can.

Some of my friends just came back from a field hockey camp, and they told me to try it. We were in my basement playing for hours -- I just loved it.

We want to work on our strengths. We wanted to eliminate the retail feel. We are going to try to keep it small and focus on our niche.

Holly has been very good for this refinery. They've been very good to work for.
