In the second half we really opened it up. We found the weak spot in their defense and really took advantage of it.

The team played very well. It was a nice way to start and the kids had good hustle and good effort.

It's just a game for us. The opponents are treating it like a non-league game.

We played some of the best defense we've played all year in the second half. (North Medford) really struggled to get into any kind of offensive flow the entire second half, and we were able to take advantage of their mistakes.

Pitching and defense is the biggest part of the game. We've got at least two pitchers coming back. We're looking for good things.

We didn't lose the quarterback, therefore we didn't lose the season. We lost a defense end. We were lucky (the fire) was in an isolated barn away from the nucleus. It will slow us to a certain degree.
