Impact is one more example of the value the Postal Service places on this important customer. As we continue to serve small business owners, we are looking for new ways to provide the information they need and providing resources to help this entrepreneurial community prosper.

There are a lot of resources out there for larger businesses, but small business owners have relatively few ways to network and learn from each other. We see Impact as helping to fill this need.

We've begun a dialogue with our customers about our services, and chose two characters everyone can relate to in helping to tell our story. We wanted to connect with people in a way that was interesting and humorous.

By adding this new service to our own shipping line, Weyerhaeuser is in a unique position to build value for its businesses and for new customers. As ground transportation becomes increasingly challenging due to congestion and higher costs, we're offering a strong logistical alternative with cost, reliability and environmental benefits.

We have a niche market and there are still women who want it. Women value this place enormously once they're here. We have to get that message across.

This tax is really another example, and a particularly silly one, of a tax on telecommunication service that once created, never goes away.
