I'm usually not up there with the pros, but they pass me occasionally. I get to see a higher level of sailing and get tips from the pros off the water.

The irritation level is just a lot higher.

Price is showing things at 18 guys don't usually show until their second or third year as pros.

The programs that were overturned usually were not providing adequate incentives. Those programs that were providing incentives, those seemed to be the programs that were successful.

Now there's a shock. It's not just a penny this week and two pennies higher the week before. And the shock comes on top of the cumulative effect of all those pennies over all those weeks.

Usually when a program starts, their first pass rate is okay, but not great and it usually gets better from there. These guys just came out and blew it out of the water.
