We have programs for youth.

He's very good [at the youth development] side and it looked like he was going to do that. He talked about it with his family and he's decided that he needs a break from it right now.

It's going to be a youth movement for us this year, as it usually is at this level. We like the makeup of our team and our incoming recruiting class is going to be a big part of our success.
