If you don't know what you're talking about, you need a strategy

You are talking about a company that is marginally profitable,

We're talking about a company that's in transition on all fronts.

Those are three things that are kind of fundamental when you're talking about hiring a guy as your head coach. The absence of those three components of the process certainly had us thinking that this was unusual to say the least.

We're not talking about tried-and-tested techniques like those in, say, homicide cases. We must develop entirely new procedures.

We're still a growth company. We're talking of taking the company north of $250 million in three years and that requires infrastructure.
