If they have the technology to address the problem, then I think they ought to be held accountable to fix the problem and make sure it doesn't happen again.

We're looking for this to be done expeditiously because 230 people who passed away in July 1996 deserve it. We as family members deserve it. And the flying public deserves it.

This is where it happened and this is where I need to be on this day.
