If they can live without power, if they can live without heat, they sure as heck can live without water. At least then I wouldn't have racked up a $600 bill that we had to pay.

It's unbelievable what it does. Water plant operators used to operate the plant. You used to have to turn things on and off. Now you basically watch to make sure the computer is doing what it's supposed to.

All they're going to do is add it on to our property taxes, and it's right back to us.

I don't see any value in it.

It would seem to me that somewhere along the line the operation of City Hall got out of hand under the guise of efficiency.

This is not a livable place. We do not have water yet. We do not have power yet. All we have is a mess.
