I thought the team ran fantastic. We had had two meets canceled, so I was worried about how we might do. But for the first meet, we ran pretty well. We had a lot of outstanding performances.

It was a shock to win, ... Even you guys - admit it - you thought 'Desperate Housewives' was going to win.

This was a high-scoring meet in relationship to the first seven outings. I thought the judges tonight were very in tune with college scoring. We let it slip away. Hopefully this season doesn't slip away.

We needed to take the ball inside against the zone. I thought we did a better job of that in the second half.

I thought we had them. They were very aggressive. At the end I think we had the 'I' thing. It's a team sport and a matter of maturity. I think they were trying to do it all themselves.

They thought in two weeks it would be in the back of the closet.
