I think the market's getting geared up for that release. Many are looking for a large increase (in non-farm payrolls).

I think you're looking out two quarters, maybe even three quarters before you start to see a substantive increase in earnings for some of these companies. That, to me, is in a nutshell what's going on in the markets.

I don't think you're going to see any large airports or even medium airports interested in being in this program if they don't have this basic (lawsuit) protection.
