The transfer of Slobodan Milosevic will now lend renewed energy to the task of arresting those fugitives who are still at liberty.

He was arrested this night in Spain... he is now in detention, finally. He will be transferred to The Hague.

Ratko Mladic is in Serbia. There is no doubt about this. He has been there since 1998. During all this time he has been and remains within reach of the Serbian authorities.
