I promise myself that I will enjoy every minute of the day that is given me to live.

Mindfulness is like that—it is the miracle which can call back in a flash our dispersed mind and restore it to wholeness so that we can live each minute of life.

The Buddha told him, "When we sit, we know we are sitting. When we walk, we know we are walking. When we eat, we know we are eating,

We fall back into the past, we jump ahead into the future, and in this we lose our entire lives.

Drink your tea slowly and reverently, as if it is the axison which the world earth revolves - slowly, evenly, withoutrushing toward the future. Live the actual moment.Only this moment is life.

The present moment is filled with joy and happiness. If you are attentive, you will see it. (21)
