I like to get physical on defense. I like to get up on a guy as much as possible. I actually need to calm down, though.

The yoga pose helps me to calm down and focus when I need to.

Meditation helps me to calm down.

I just hope that as I get older, I calm down and enjoy the moment, enjoy the great gifts that God has given me.
