I don't put a lot of weight at the top. In many ways, Stringer is a figure head. The people below him and two levels down are the ones who will make this work.

A lot of people are doing something about their weight, but by their own reckoning, it isn't enough to get the results they want.

Sadly, only something like 10 to 12 percent of people are able to recover from a weight regain. The people who do manage to turn it around catch it quickly, even with just two pounds regained.

We had people not making weight. We just didn't come ready to wrestle, plain and simple.

I feel better when I have more weight on me. So it's when I'm not feeling like myself that people are telling me I look great. It's so strange. No matter what, somehow it's like I'm not enough.

Its such an individual thing-some people gained the weight back, but not as much as they had, and some people didn't. But I think people are still conscious about their carbohydrate intake.
