How do you say no to your family and close friends?

What are the things I want to do for my family, myself and my favorite charity.

If you quit, what are you going to do day in and day out when you are used to working? You are better off with some consistency.

A million here and a million there and you've spent a lot of money. And sadly, you don't have much to show for it.

Just why, you know? We've had family members that have had cancers in the last four to five years and to have this happen to our child, you can't even describe the feeling.
