He showed some areas and talked about specific areas he felt were changed, but I'm not sure he was able to convey that. He did talk about some of those changes, but I'm not sure they're different from the way the building was before construction.

It is in the interest of public safety. We are hoping that as a result of this, we will have safe access to the [Giuliani] event and hopefully avoid any accidents.

This one caught us a little bit by surprise.

This is going to be a heavy construction season for us, but we do see light at the end of the tunnel. We are still on schedule to finish this project at the end of 2007. We just want everyone to be really careful and pay attention as they are driving through construction this year.

We want to work on how to install it with sensitivity to the concerns of Mr. Garrett and sensitivity to the property. We're not giving up on him.

It's one of those difficult kinds of things. Sometimes people feel vibrations, and they feel like they have had some damage. But sometimes it's hard for us to know whether that's really the case or not.
