It is in the interest of public safety. We are hoping that as a result of this, we will have safe access to the [Giuliani] event and hopefully avoid any accidents.

I think it clearly adds some strong safety provisions that will improve safety in the mines.

This one caught us a little bit by surprise.

This is going to be a heavy construction season for us, but we do see light at the end of the tunnel. We are still on schedule to finish this project at the end of 2007. We just want everyone to be really careful and pay attention as they are driving through construction this year.

We want to work on how to install it with sensitivity to the concerns of Mr. Garrett and sensitivity to the property. We're not giving up on him.
