Halloween is our biggest selling season.

Our store regularly carries from 20,000 to 40,000 items, with summertime being our busiest season for donations.

But the loyalty of our customers is greater than I've seen with any other retailer I've been with.

We don't solicit donations, and there are other organizations that people can donate to and other discount retailers they can shop at.

We're so thankful. The support of the community both in donations and sales has far exceeded our expectations.

We are the country's low fare leader and we will always have the lowest fares to any destination we fly to. It's all about making flying more affordable to more people and now that we're giving out our seats practically for free, almost anyone can fly.
