We are very pleased with our new graphic identity. Ryan Partnership has done a terrific job of creating a clean, bold, professional look which clearly conveys our commitment to philanthropic ideals and we are proud to introduce it.

What our partnership is trying to do is get more use of the space above downtown. There are just all kinds of possibilities here. We have some good assets and there are a lot of places for people to enjoy.

It used to be contentious, and now we see working with our contractors as a partnership. We've had much more success.
