Compassion was never a strong suit of mine, but almost by default, I have become much more sensitive to people with disabilities and other setbacks,

I know what it's like to have people go the other way,

The thing that surprises me the most is that people are telling me it's a page-turner. I was worried the story might be too complex for that,

I have little compassion for people in trailer parks who refuse to
move after getting tornado warnings. How hard is it for them to
relocate? Their house have wheels.

I have come to a greater compassion for people who suffer. Why is this happening? I just want to put the question out there so people will have more compassion.

I wouldn't be surprised if it wasn't two times that. It just shows the compassion of the people here to folks they don't even know in another part of the country.
