Christina trained Kim, so there's continuity. I wanted the menu to remain the same so people could come in and see that the quality is the same.

I grew up at the beach in Southern California and Rick grew up in East Bay, and we wanted to get back to the ocean; this felt like home. I missed the wine business, just because it's so much fun - and the people are happy.
