Executives might not want to make cuts in travel budgets, but businesses are insisting on it.

People are less likely to travel to Hong Kong but does that mean business is slow because of that? No, it's because the economy hasn't picked up.

Some people travel to escape. There's nothing wrong with that. But those who want to challenge themselves, to immerse themselves in the variety of talent and lifestyles available on this planet, must open themselves up.

The business is moving into this part of the world and our job is to provide people who travel in our network with access to regions where their businesses are growing.

We're also trying to learn more about what motivates people to start a business or at least to dream of starting a business. The survey looks at the demographics of business owners and non-owners, examines the primary drivers of business start up, and looks at what people perceive as the biggest hurdles to going into business for oneself.
