Black and white thinking forces a choice between pretending we know everything and believing we know nothing.

I am capable of thinking, but I am not my thoughts. I am the being who thinks my thoughts. Therefore, I can change what I think and still be me.

I never realised before how much of a jurist I am. I try to bring everything back to the basics, to black-and-white situations. The world is not a rainbow.

There are times when my well runs dry, the words won't come, and my creative spirit behind the words has gone quiet. I know that if I wait patiently the voice will return.

Believe that it can be done. Connect with a source of courage, strength and hope that will give you the power to do it. Share your dream only with those who believe in you, believe in your dream, and will lovingly tell you the truth. Avoid negative people who tell you it can't be done because they can discourage you and hold you back. A good plan is made in a moment of rational confidence to be used in a moment of irrational fear and doubt.
