People are a lot more aware about computer security. There is less of an opportunity for the bad guys.

We've never had an event of this magnitude happen before. We're taking a look at development and testing procedures around virus signatures to prevent it from happening again.

We have a number of tests in place to make sure it doesn't happen, and we will be adding new ones after this.
