Anyone who works in these kinds of fields knows it's better to be trying than doing nothing.

All the clinics at the law school have been pretty carefully targeted to be very specialized and intensive, because the experience is a 12-week experience. It isn't a lot of time, but they learn a lot during that time.

They have to know they can ask for it if they want it or need it. People weren't being told about what their rights were.

I just think that the approach here - it's true throughout the whole university - is geared toward putting students in experiences that are real.
