Along with making money, businesses have another job to do when it comes to reducing greenhouse gas emissions.

When their competitors … have a good story to tell about how they're managing greenhouse gas emissions, I think it creates pressure to … have a good story themselves.

We now have approximately 30 states where there are 40 different proposals on limiting greenhouse-gas emissions. That's when they can make the kind of investment that will get us where we need to be.
