After looking at the results from last weekend, I was happy with the team's performance. But, we're looking to improve this weekend in Philadelphia.

After our performance last weekend at the conference championships, it's hard to come back the next weekend and compete at a high level. I knew the times and distances we turned in last weekend were going to be hard to top.

Ryan did a great job defensively the whole weekend, and scored just enough to win. It was a masterful performance.

We are just going to sit tight and wait until after the weekend before we sit down and talk about it. There's no rush. Frankie will possibly know more about his plans as well by that stage.

Unless there was a better performance this weekend that we're not aware of yet, our team has the top time in Division II.

The biggest thing we got out of that meet was a step forward.
