A lot of the solos that you see will be different. But the structure of the show is pretty much the same.

I love doing this show and I've been doing it for nine years. I love interacting with the audience, making them laugh and enjoy the show.

It's different in different countries.

It's humid there, so I can pretty much make the ball do what I want.

The complexion of the markets and the prospects for the firms have all shifted pretty dramatically in the past 60 days. Investment banking was much stronger than normal and no one took August off.

We lost some good seniors, but I expect to get better and better as the season progresses. Guys will start to develop a better understanding of the game. We are going to have some tough tests.
