You're nervous. You block everything out except maybe for your father and your coach. There's no one to blame but yourself.

This district has a great run of wrestlers from 125 on up. We might have four or five state place-winners wrestling here.

Three times we wrestled. I guess they were one wrestler better than us.

We wrestled with everything we had tonight. We were all rooting in that last bout for a pin. It just didn't happen.

We normally get the ball rolling in those middle weights and it usually keeps going after that. Unfortunately we were flat today and now we're going to have to work twice as hard in practice now just to make up for it.

We have no one to blame but ourselves. It shouldn't have come down to this late in the season. It's our own fault.
