Never quit. It is the easiest cop-out in the world. Set a goal and don't quit until you attain it. When you do attain it, set another goal, and don't quit until you reach it. Never quit.

You can't take on a challenge thats why the only option left is to quit, and the only option left to quit is to be known as a loser. Isn't being known as a loser a tougher challenge?
