You win a state title in Florida and you automatically have that bulls-eye on your chest. Now, if we don't get back and defend our title, the season will be a disappointment.

It's kind of disappointing. Florida State was a big win, but it doesn't mean anything after that if you come back and lose. We just want to keep moving on forward and winning. We're at home, and we shouldn't be losing games like this -- especially with the mistakes and mental lapses that we had.

Whether I'm pitching,or in the outfield, there is a sense that this is a complete team this year. We hit better, we are impressive defensively, and the pitching is solid from top to bottom.

I had to be perfect with my pitches. They hit it to the infield and outfield, and the defense took care of it.

We're not going just to go. We're going to win another title.
