You want to make sure that the evidence is strong, that it points at the right person responsible, and then you make the arrest as soon as possible. That's our plan.

Three males ran from the scene of the hit-and-run on the night it happened. We're working with two witnesses, so we have the three males that were running identified.

We have them identified, and one of them we're paying very close attention to. We're in contact with the registered owner of the car. We'd like to get all the forensic evidence before we go hooking people up.
