You see the trash on the road every day, things like McDonald's bags, ... It's because of ignorance, people, near-sightedness and ignorance. It's a serious problem. It's going to cost money to solve, and it's going to cost more the longer we wait.

On a day-to-day basis, the overall level of security is obviously low. We can't secure the airport road, can't stop the incoming into the Green Zone, can't stop the killings and kidnappings,

We did have a couple sheets of petitions circulating for people living on the road nearby. I feel 60 horses is a lot for that property. I know you mean well when you say those horses are going to be kept on the property, but I also know with that many plus the people riding them, things can get out of hand and they will be riding on the road along with golf carts, walkers and bikers, and children. It would be dangerous.

Mankind have a great aversion to intellectual labor; but even supposing knowledge to be easily attainable, more people would be content to be ignorant than would take even a little trouble to acquire it
