You know going in that everyone is gearing up for the fastball and they want to hit it. They had a great approach, but we started getting strikes in key situations, and getting outs.

He was very quiet, we would get on him a lot about yelling more and being more vocal (early in the season). Early on he really didn't want to say much. He knew the right answer, but he was scared to say it because he felt like if it was the wrong answer than he'd get yelled at, but he did a good job. He started getting more vocal towards the end, and this year he's started off being a field leader.

He's definitely going to lead this team a long way in the next couple of years.

Got bases loaded, Dmitri Young hit a fastball that made it 6-4. Everything was pretty much downhill from there, man. They hit some good pitches, I threw some bad pitches. Bad game overall. Period.

Mario's been the missing link. I wouldn't be surprised if he hit 90 or 91 mph (on his fastball Saturday). The way he was pitching, he could've beaten anyone.
